ALSOOO more world building reinforcement hehe, based on what we know about when the demon king prequel takes place, this dragon should be tyrannus!

i think the way u can tell too besides just Knowing that is the missing gem on the forehead; verkis has a gem directly on his forehead thats pretty bright (in both tged and dkc), whereas tyrannus has no gem at all! so this dragon in this ep is absolutely tyrannus,,, i wonder what else he was up to at this time,,, hm hm!!!

oh also,,, the estate citizens reactions to the snow piling on was actually really really sweet,,, they're so cute look at them,,, work hard play hard as they say!!!

i think it's really telling that they're able to play so freely like this even without lloyd's explicit say-so bc ofc, lloyd wouldn't force anybody to work in bad conditions,,, they know when to rest, they know safety like the back of their hands, and they know lloyd wouldn't make them work in a mf blizzard,,, :') true fronterans,,,

GENUINELY THIS PANEL IS SO COOL TOO the build up to it in the episode was also really really good,,,, from a tiny twinkle to a zoomed in motion blur of javier getting ready to SWING at the mf i REALLY LIKE THAT

i went insane over this on twitter i was so so happy to see this,,, literally the very moment he detects any threat to lloyd, javier just KNOWS. he drops EVERYTHING and IMMEDIATELY RUSHES TO HIS AID. that's so,,,,, THAT'S SO!??!?!?,,,,, ACCUSATORY POINT,,,, I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE.

fellas is it gay to know exactly when your friend is in trouble and immediately fight for him no matter what. /j /lh

i really like that lloyd knew immediately too. he knows his knight. he's well aware of what javier would do,,, he'd probably do the same for him,,, god they know each other so well. im so. they make me SICK. affectionately

god i couldn't stop giggling this entire ep. there were so many silly things and shenanigans in this ep while also getting into the start of smth to consider when they're building the railroad (i.e. the issue of construction fucking up the natural mountain/nature around them). i just had a lot of fun overall and i really really like that,,, im very happy :3 YAYYYY YAYYYYY

excited to see what happens next week,,, i really hope they come to a good compromise w the spirit king!!!

A pro hero uncle kudo would have fixed him😭

In a serious note, I think one factor that had a big impact on Katsuki's development in the beginning, was the fact that he went to UA and meet lots of ppl who were equal or stronger than him (both teachers and students) . This humbled him because before that he never were in a place like that so he thought he's the god of the universe. I wonder what would happen if he had a strong pro hero uncle from the start that he looked up to.

His dad didn't do anything about his behavior because he thought it's a phase and it's gonna pass while his mom thought violence is the answer. None of them obviously worked. I think a strong person like the uncle I described could have helped him improve his view exactly like how him, shoto, inasa, and camie did with those kids later when they told them let's fight and were acting impressed by their quirks (the pictures) . Which would be really good for Katsuki since you can see in the first Pic (above) he is challenging his dad and wants to see who is stronger, his dad or himself.

I’m starting to seeing lot of comparison obsessed gags for Yuri in recent chapters.

But here is what Yuri bought to Anya ( which clearly is Loid daughter and person he currently hated) without Yor wishes to.

Yuri was bad mouthed yes, but he does care for Forgers deeply. He’s like Loid in beginning in the progress to open mind about having a new family due to all the lost of their parents.

Yuri was still too young and being headstrong to accept. But action does acts faster then speech. It was proven following in old chapters and it’s a small detail we can see that in him.

In bus jacking arc, Yuri was rushed to asking his boss when he heard about Anya situation was kidnapping right away although his group trying to hiding from him. He did used for Yor excuse to made it “ For the mission” just like Loid to motivate him but these 1st panel can show how worry he is. And he does care for the kids to the point breaking the rules, brush out orders from the group and almost risked his life.

And here Yor was requesting Yuri to tutoring Anya and at 1st he was not motivated to do so but after Anya said she does want to get good grade for making Yor happy it’s moved him and trying to giving him a motivation to study.

This is from the light novel but Yor was requesting to Yuri babysitting Anya and he did taking her to a career center to having fun with her.

He killed the only person left who considered him a friend because she, in a sense, gave her life to him

As much as I'm not personally invested in Repliku or the doomed trio, something that does really twig my interest is something I don't think I've seen explored very much?

And it's that Repliku, in essence, is manufactured in such a way to live and breathe for Namine. I don't think I've seen a fic (which doesn't mean one doesn't exist and I encourage recs I do I do-) where there's a focus on him becoming his own person so much as he already, is?

That's a struggle I want to see. I want to see the slow, laborious, painful ripping of that conditioning. I wanna see him go from constantly looking over his shoulder at Namine and constantly considering what Namine would think and what she'd want him to do to slowly starting to consider "what would the real me do" to "what would I do?"

And playing off the odd parallels Vanitas and he have in that regard. Not exact, no; Repliku needs to learn how to think about Namine however he wants in addition to living outside of her, Vanitas is already at a point where he can think about Ventus however he wants, it's living outside of him that needs work. They could be painfully jarring for each other in really good and bad ways, there could be intense levels of broship there.

How Namine fits into that could be so wonderfully varied too. Is she cheering them on? Does she hate it and becomes one of the major roadbumps to Repliku's development because of her own dependency on his dependency? Does she crush hard on Vanitas or is he the one non-Org boy she's met she doesn't immediately want to sweep her off her feet?
